Clelia Montali is a fine art photographer and mixed media artist based in New York. Working across mediums, she builds constructed environments around what the image cannot contain — the performed, the projected, the carried. Her process is sociological, drawn to the spaces where identity exceeds what any frame can capture. Her current work explores aging and liminality.
